Cut to Length / Niveladora
At our Tijuana plant we uncoil, level and cut your steel, aluminum or stainless coil into sheets at the exact size you specify. Up to 4,000 mm long and 1,350 mm wide, in gauges from 0.45 to 3.5 mm.

Slitting Line / Corte a rollo
One wide coil in, several strips at the exact width out. No burr, no telescoping.
At our Tijuana plant we split your master coil into strips at the width your process calls for, with circular knives and tensioned rewinding. Thickness from 0.45 to 3.5 mm and entry widths up to 1,320 mm.
Slitting — corte a rollo, on this side of the border — is the operation that turns a wide coil into several narrow strips without losing the coil condition. The material is uncoiled, passes through a set of circular knives mounted on arbors with calibrated spacers, and is rewound on the recoiler with the tension and separation each strip needs to stay even.
The difference is not in cutting: it is in cutting without leaving burr and without letting the coil telescope. Burr turns into tooling wear and a cut hazard for the operator; telescoping kills feeding on the roll former or the progressive die. That is why knife clearance is set by gauge and by material, not by habit.
We run coils with a 406 to 508 mm (16" to 20") inside diameter and up to 12 tons. Strips are delivered identified by width and heat number, with protected edges.

How we work
Material, gauge, width, length, quantity and date. A drawing or part number helps; if you do not have one, the size and the end use are enough to start.
We confirm the size fits the line's capacities, calculate coil yield and tell you what pays off better: cutting to sheet or cutting to strip.
Knife or leveler setup is defined by gauge and material, and the coil is assigned. You get a committed date, not a vague window.
We cut, measure in line and check burr, squareness and flatness. What does not meet spec does not get packed.
Banded, corner-protected, identified bundles ready for handling. We coordinate delivery in Tijuana's industrial zone and the rest of Baja California.
Both operations live in the same plant, so one coil can feed both.
