Data we collect

Through this site's form we collect only the data you provide: name, company, email address, phone number and the description of the material and project you want quoted. We do not request sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset data, through this channel.

How we use your data

Answering your quote or information request.
Preparing and following up on the commercial proposal.
Contacting you by email or phone regarding that request.
Meeting obligations arising from a commercial relationship, should one exist.

We do not use your data for purposes other than the above, nor do we share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties except where legally required by a competent authority, or where it is necessary to complete an operation you requested yourself, such as a delivery or transport service.

ARCO rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of that use (Access). You also have the right to request correction of your personal information if it is out of date, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to have it removed from our records when you believe it is not being used according to the principles and duties set out in the law (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to info@alfametal.com.mx stating your full name, the right you wish to exercise and a clear description of the data involved. We will respond within a maximum of twenty business days.

Revoking consent

You may revoke the consent you gave us for the processing of your personal data at any time by writing to info@alfametal.com.mx. Please note that for legal reasons, or because of the nature of the commercial relationship, we may not be able to act on the request immediately.
